During his free time Grady likes to run, go to church, and travel around the country with his dad to play on difficult golf courses and in golf tournaments. Josh comes to M.J Design with over 20 years of experience, holding a variety of positions from crew member to co-owner of Drake Landscape. He comes with both hardscape and horticulture experience and is excited to find a company that aligns with his core values. Josh resides in Powell with his wife Julia and three daughters; Cecila, Caroline and Layla (he is outnumbered with all the females). In his spare time, when he does not have to catch up on sleep having a newborn, you will find him spending time outside with family at the park, or just being outside. This accomplishment highlights his dynamic talent, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes as a skilled writer and director.
David coordinates, leads, trains, develops, and creates opportunities for the teams to perform quality horticultural practices. He attended The Ohio State University Agricultural Institute in Wooster, Ohio studying Horticultural. He is Industry Certified Landscape Technician for Softscape Installation from National Association of Landscape Professionals. David comes with business experience from starting two businesses of his own; Evroscapes, for softscapes and Urban Services, with a focus on the hardscapes side. David enjoys spending time with his family, spouse Brandy and son Philip.
He is from Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico, where he lives with his wife and three young children. He is happy to have family with him here in Ohio and loves Donatos Pizza and Cane’s.
